Online
Forms and Lead Capture: With NetSuite,
you can build a variety of forms—ranging from
event sign-ups to online order forms, new leads to customer
case forms. You can also create custom questions and
define how visitors may respond: required or optional,
multiple-choice or fill-in-the-blank. Rules route these
submissions appropriately and create a customer record
automatically.
Coupons
and Promotions: Increase online traffic by
attaching discounts to promotion codes that you send to
customers. Customers can enter the codes themselves, or
your Web site can track them during a visit and award
them the discount. You can also enter the codes in sales
orders and invoices.
Cross-selling
and Upselling: Using NetSuite's publishing
tools, you can recommend other products to your customers
based on their previous selections. In addition, NetSuite
stores a complete record of transactions, allowing you
to market to your customers based on their unique purchase
histories.
