Job Description:

• Develop innovative sourcing strategies, meet service goals and provide exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate proficiency in sourcing techniques including: cold calling, networking, research, database management, Internet
• Interviewing and screening candidates
• Recruit appropriate candidates for open positions given targets and cycle time
• Organize/maintain database
• Coordinate with recruiting vendors - medical, background check, collaterals, etc.

Qualifications/Skills:

• 3 to 5 years experience in technical recruiting, headhunting, BPO, and/or IT industry
• Demonstrated interviewing and advanced sourcing skills
• Exposure to other HR facets a plus
• High customer orientation and adaptive to change
• Developed organization skills and fast learner
• Goal driven and team player
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Behavioral Science / Psychology or equivalent college degree holder
