Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on, high-energy recruiter with 7+ years of staffing experience in the corporate field, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment where priorities change frequently. We seek a dynamic, polished professional with generalist recruiting and hiring experience.
You must be a self-starting multi-tasker who is accustomed to providing quality customer service in a client-driven team environment, with a proven ability to deliver results.

Responsibilities:
- Strategically partner with business units to meet staffing needs primarily in the areas of professional services, customer support, training, with a focus on sales and sales engineering
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies, meet service goals, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques to include: cold calling, networking, research, database management, Internet, etc.
- Interviewing and screening applicants
- Work with clients to ensure they have appropriate interviewing skills
- Recruit appropriate candidates for open positions
- Represent our company in a professional manner
- Design creative solutions to meet customer challenges
Experience:
- 7 + years professional recruiting, including senior level to non-exempt level or equivalent generalist experience required.
- Recruitment experience in corporate required.
- Knowledge of contemporary HR and Recruiting staffing process.
- Aptitude for recruitment and retention of software sales professionals
- Ability to build effective relationships and interact with all levels of the organization.
- Thorough ability to convey a sense of urgency and professionalism to candidates.
- Strong knowledge of employment, recruitment, relocation policies, practices, and laws.
- Effective leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship building.
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Results oriented — Proven consultative style in developing and maintaining relationships within and across organizations, and developing recruiting strategies in a wide variety of functional areas. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent searches
- Team Player — Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad and deep range of positions
- Knowledge of various industries and business diversity recruiting; specific experience with recruiting in sales and technical fields desired
- Must have excellent communication skills, and exhibit a strong drive for results and success.
- Must be detail oriented, and possess the ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask.
- A self-motivated individual who can work using his/her own initiative and as part of a team; excellent management, training and presentation skills
- Ability to manage full cycle recruitment, screens, interviews, recommends prospective employees for employment and extends offers of employment to successful candidates.
- Proven ability to identify customer needs, attain their commitment to the process, and to drive the recruitment process.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Prior experience recruiting on a national scale.
- Knowledgeable in various employment laws in the Canada and the US.
- Must be familiar with a variety of recruitment concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree and recent industry experience preferred.
