Job Description:

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for the development, deployment and maintenance of bi-directional packaged connectivity between NetSuite and external business applications
• Prioritize product feature requirements
• Proactively conceive, document and drive the creation of new features based on market research, competitive analysis, understanding of the market, customer feedback and feedback from our sales and support departments
• Define and write functional requirements documents (FRD) for each release for use by development, QA & technical writing
• Work closely with creative and prolific engineers, QA, technical writing and other product managers to define the scope of each feature
• Manage overall product releases with the goal of successful and timely deliveries
• Collect, analyze, maintain and distribute information about competing products
• Provide product information to meet a variety of internal and external needs including sales collateral, press releases, web site copy and internal training

Qualifications/Skills:

• Experience with the CRM and/or the ERP functionality of at least one major Enterprise Application
• Experience with the application integration layer and customization environment of at least one major ERP application
• Experience with integrated business processes across disparate business applications
• Knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) products
• Familiarity with reliable messaging, guaranteed delivery data mapping and business process automation
• A conceptual understanding of Web Services (UDDI, SOAP, WSDL).
• A solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and processes
• Passion for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics
• Excellent communication and cross functional teamwork skills
• A track record of successfully working with development, QA, and technical writing to deliver quality products
• Superior analytical, writing, verbal and time management skills
• Self starter with the ability to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment
• Ability to analyze problems and create solutions
• Ability to make recommendations and decisions independently
• Strong leadership and influencing skills
• Familiarity with the offshore development process
• 5-7 years experience in a product management role.
• 2+ years experience as a functional consultant on an enterprise application implementation
• 2+ years experience as a technical consultant on an enterprise application implementation
• BS in Engineering or Computer Science
