Job Description:
In this position, reporting to the head of global education operations, you will assume a leadership role in designing, documenting, implementing, and coordinating the success of key corporate training operational processes. As NetSuite expands its library of public training solutions, the need to establish reliable and efficient models for how training is sold, enrollments are managed, learning centers are prepped, course materials are fulfilled / distributed is critical to scaling event volume and expanding into international markets. The successful individual in this role will thrive on defining new process, will exhibit above and beyond commitment to customer satisfaction, and will be regarded as an integral go-to member of a fast growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Define and document globally effective and operationally efficient processes that use the NetSuite application to address:
- How seats in public training courses are positioned, sold, and tracked
- Student enrollment registration, confirmation, cancellation, roster reconciliation, etc.
- Classroom readiness for both physical and virtual locations
- Training materials fulfillment (ordering, distribution, inventory)
- Client on-site training for public courses
- Course scheduling
- Printing and posting attendance certificates
- Interface with training delivery leads in all geographies/ learning center locations to roll-out processes
- Monitor and coordinate class registrations and scale the responsibility as demand grows
- Manage vendor relationships for classroom rental, catering, fulfillment, etc.
- Manage customer facing website content and updates
- Interface with customers as required to ensure a successful learning experience, escalate and resolve issues
- Track training budgets / expenditures / POs
- Provide operations input into key projects that leverage technology to drive the learning experience (such as use of NetSuite to operationally run the training business, implementation of a learning management system, use of virtual classroom, etc.)
- Administer data in learning platform systems as applicable to overall responsibilities
- Serve as team lead, overseeing training coordination activity in all regions, as growth dictates
- Create reports to measure health and drive decision making for public training business: learning center fill rates, enrollment / cancellation and waitlist reports, profitability/revenue, etc.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience in coordinating the customer training experience
- Excels at process definition and documentation
- Experience using learning management systems to administer and report on the training function
- Able to create and conduct process improvement training sessions and evangelize new ideas across many dependent stakeholder teams
- Experience with MS Office and CRM/ ERP tools a must
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate ideas and information effectively, clearly and concisely
- Proven experience working with customers and commitment to servicing their needs with timely excellence
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple, on-going projects and adhere to project deadlines
- Ability to establish excellent relationship with extended training team as well as with product management, development and support
- Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) in an ASP environment is a plus as is any experience with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software
