Job Description:
Working closely with the AMG Renewals Manager, this person will be responsible for obtaining commitment from NetSuite's customers who are scheduled for upcoming renewal subscriptions. Using a proactive approach, the successful candidate will contact customers to discuss renewal value and to advise on how the customer can maximize their investment in NetSuite. The position has primary responsibility for facilitating and sustaining a positive and productive long-term relationship with customers; therefore the ability to accept negative feedback without internalizing is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Strong applications background and understanding of software systems
  • Ability to interface with management in 10-250 person companies
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Displays professionalism, strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Team player, willing to support a long term company goal
  • Tenacious and focused with a customer service attitude
  • Experience selling applications software to SMB market and knowledge of competing vendor offering a plus
  • Previous experience working in a start-up or growing business plan

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of successful applications software sales or customer support experience and proven ability to continually achieve and exceed assigned quotas/goals BA/BS degree in business/related field or 3 to 5 years work experience
