VARs Vote NetSuite as Top Vendor to "Show Aggressive Product Innovation, Pursue Active and Creative Partner Development, and Bend over Backward to Support VARs and Consultants"

SAN MATEO, CA – February 19, 2004 – NetSuite, Inc., today announced that in a Gartner Group survey taken to determine accounting-based business software market visionaries, NetSuite received the top ranking, outscoring Microsoft Business Solutions, Best Software, Intuit and nine other software providers. When measured by product functionality, NetSuite was a Top 5 finisher, beating 16 other software products. The Gartner report on 2003 accounting-based business management applications used surveys of Value Added Resellers and Consultants to rank top technology trends and vendors for the small to mid-size business market. The Top Technologies and Products Poll asked respondents to rank the importance of 25 new technologies. True to form, NetSuite holds a market leadership position in the top desired features as identified by VARs and consultants: full-fledged CRM, executive dashboards, and logistics and warehouse management. Two polls in the report asked VARs to rank vendor capabilities. NetSuite received the top ranking in the Vendor Conviction Poll, a survey which asked respondents to rank vendors that "show aggressive product innovation, pursue active and creative partner development, and bend over backward to support VARs and consultants." NetSuite finished in the Top 5 in the Vendor Solutions Poll, a measure of products’ functional capability. NetSuite is the only product developed in the last 5 years to receive such high marks for product capability.
