Annual Partner Conference
Application Service Provider Holds Conference to Provide

SAN MATEO, CA, April 9, 2003 - NetLedger, Inc., makers

that Partnering For Profit, its second annual partner
conference, will be held at the Oracle Conference Center
in Redwood Shores, California, April 28-29. The conference
will provide NetLedger partners/resellers an opportunity
to network and gain insights on strategy and direction
in extending NetLedger application services to maximize
profitability and efficiencies. NetLedger is the first
hosted solution provider to establish a formal channel
program. NetLedger Channel Programs are a series of
three levels of partnerships - Solution Provider, Certified
