NETLEDGER NAMED TO SMART BUSINESS' A-LIST OF BEST PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THREE TIMES IN YEAR 2000

San Mateo, CA. - May 31, 2000 – NetLedger, Inc., the breakthrough application service provider (ASP) that allows millions to run their small businesses totally online, announced today that it has made Smart Business' (formerly PC/Computing) A-List as the best accounting solution in the Outsourcing Category of Best Products and Services for Every Business (June 2000). This is the third time in the year 2000 that NetLedger™ has received a thumbs up in Smart Business' A-List.
