NetSuite and Capgemini sign distribution partnership in France

Capgemini to be the Sole Distributor of NetSuite in France to Address Growing Demand for Cloud Business Management Software

LONDON and PARIS—6 October 2015—NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), an industry leading provider of cloud software suites, and Capgemini, one of the world's foremost providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing services, today announced a partnership naming Capgemini the sole distributor of NetSuite in France. The partnership brings together Capgemini’s rich experience and strong heritage in France with NetSuite’s position as a leading cloud-based business management software company. Under the terms of this partnership, Capgemini will be NetSuite’s partner of choice, with a sales team focusing on the sale of NetSuite in France through a dedicated entity alongside Capgemini’s pre-existing operations in France, while NetSuite will provide sales enablement and implementation training.

The partnership will help address the growing demand for cloud-based business management software among enterprise and high-growth companies. Already, enterprise businesses have seen the benefits of the combination of Capgemini and NetSuite.

French companies are increasingly turning away from legacy, on-premise software to cloud-based business management suites to spur innovation and growth. NetSuite’s unified suite of software, spanning financials, CRM, ecommerce and professional services, provides enterprises with an agile platform that can be deployed quickly, scale with the business and adapt to rapid changes in the business and in the market.

Capgemini brings a long history of technology implementations with Software-as-a-Service and a deep understanding of business processes across multiple industries, together with a firm grasp of the French market and culture, including the regulatory and legal specificities of the country.

Capgemini’s experience, combined with the integration capabilities and flexibility of NetSuite’s SuiteCloud development platform, provides a powerful solution for addressing even the most complex business requirements of French companies.

“This marks a great day for NetSuite’s partnership with Capgemini,” said Zach Nelson, NetSuite CEO. “The agreement builds on an already strong relationship and will help progressive businesses in France continue their growth.”

“We are delighted to be partnering with NetSuite in France to accelerate our business footprint in this area and help enterprises become more agile and drive business transformation,” said Nicolas de Taeye, Vice President, Capgemini France.
