Challenges

  • M.Tech's previous assortment of on-premise solutions could no longer support its fast-growing business and have led to delays between disparate systems, system unavailability due to connectivity, as well as a lot of manual processes and time loss in gathering critical business information.
  • Previous system could not provide M.Tech insights into Single Source of consolidated company data or provide Management with easy staff rotation opportunities, which caused significant backlogs / delay during staff turnover and transfer.
  • M.Tech had challenges tracking its own stock that was on-loan at multiple client sites.

  • M.Tech deployed NetSuite OneWorld to replace multiple on-premise solutions, including Sage Accpac, multiple Excel spreadsheets and five disparate accounting across its 18 subsidiaries.
