- Matrix items let you create and maintain items with multiple options, such as size, color, or style. You can also track inventory, price, and other unique characteristics for each option combination.
- Specify the options for each field that you want to use in the matrix (for example, you may sell widgets in red and blue, but not green, and in small and medium, but not large.)
- Update characteristics of sub-items by editing the matrix item. For example, you can choose to update some, but not all items in the matrix. Or, you can edit each sub-item individually.
