Job Description:
Ensure that the NetSuite product is built with quality, in a predictable transparent manner, with releases coming at regular intervals. Quality includes reducing bugs, delivering fast code, and fixing issues quickly.

Requirements:

• Develop systems to measure the performance of development groups, including quality, performance and quantity.
• Motivate and drive development team.
• Grow the development managers.
• Ensure that the code is architected with growth in mind.
• Put programs in place to increase the quality of the code base.
• Work with the performance group to continually increase the performance of the products.
• Help project the development budget. Propose ideas that will increase developer productivity and yield positive ROI.
• Grow the development team and maintain a constant hiring process.
