Job Description:
The PS Operations role will be responsible for managing the operations of a professional services team growing to over 100 consultants this year. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Services, the successful candidate will manage all aspects of day to day operations, including:
- Utilization and backlog reporting
- Time tracking adherence
- Resource allocation and staffing
- Contract management
- Vendor relationships
The PS Operations roles must have a passion analytics and reporting, and be able to work in a fast paced, growing environment.This position is located in our San Mateo, CA office and travel is expected to be minimal.
Qualifications:
Candidates for the PS Operations role should have many of the following qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years experience in a services or sales operations role
- Superior data analytics skills
- Incredible attention to detail and accuracy
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of other business intelligence software such as Crystal Reports also valuable
