Job Description:
Each Client Service Manager within the Professional Services Division will be responsible for post implementation consulting that will bolster a positive customer relationship. Your main objective is to ensure user adoption and long-term success. Providing a positive customer experience for NetSuite?s rapidly growing client base of small, mid-level and enterprise business is the Account Management goal. This requires a proactive engagement with each client and includes all responsibility for reviewing and expanding on our touch points with our customers.
Client Service Managers have the responsibility for the periodic contact, audit and follow-up of the NetSuite client base. In addition, he or she will maintain responsibility for corrective action related to client assistance and coordination of NetSuite resources to provide a positive customer experience. Utilizing our internal trainers, implementation services, support team and product managers for in-depth management of NetSuite?s major accounts will achieve higher utilization of NetSuite?s service offerings.
Customer satisfaction is a top corporate goal for NetSuite in 2005. Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers and partners will be a top priority for each Client Service Manager.
Qualifications/Skills:
Candidates for the Client Service Manager role should have the following qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in corporate consulting in a business systems or software environment, including a minimum of 3 years of project management
- A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting business software applications; experience supporting ERP, CRM, and/or E-Commerce applications is preferred.
- Strong understanding of enterprise business software and accounting systems is desired
- This candidate should have solid experience in change management and Business Process Mapping in support and / or in conjunction with a major IS initiative.
- Excellent track record of leadership, project management and software implementation success
- Highly developed analytics, finance and reporting skills is desired
- Previous consulting experience with the following applications is a solid predictor of success as a PSM at NetSuite: QuickBooks, Great Plains, SalesForce.com, Upshot, ACT, Goldmine, MAS 90, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards.
- Working knowledge of and experience using XML, JavaScript, HTML, Crystal and SQL is desirable, as is any experience with financial accounting.
- Exposure to multiple industries with knowledge of best practices on business processes and systems integration
- The successful candidate will have experience in translating business requirements into comprehensive specification documentation for software and re-engineering initiative.
- Experience dealing with enterprise engagements, as well as, small to mid-sized businesses for polished client management skills and the ability to solve complex business issues
Travel:
This position is based in our Toronto, ON Canada office and travel (up to 25%) may be required, dependant upon the specific client portfolio.
