Job Description:
The Implementation Manager will be responsible for helping to manage clients in both pre and post sale environments. This position will be responsible for the delivery of training, implementation, and integration services for customers of NetSuite. Working with the rest of the Professional Services Team, this position will quickly assess customer implementation needs, develop innovative plans to solve their problems, and implement these plans to the customer's satisfaction.

The successful candidate must have a passion for helping clients find creative ways to more effectively run their businesses. Customer satisfaction is a top corporate goal for NetSuite in 2005. Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers will be a top priority for this position.

Work will be done both locally as well as at our customer's sites across the North America, travel is up to 50%.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years experience in systems applications consulting, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider. In addition, this candidate should have solid experience in change management and Business Process Mapping in support and / or in conjunction with a major IS initiative.
• Excellent understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Sales Force Management (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting, territory management and Quotas), Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment) as well as support (Cases Management and Territory Management).
• Good understanding and / or some exposure to less ubiquitous, more esoteric business practices will be considered as well. Accounting (Payroll, Expense Tracking, Multi-currency, commissions), Sales Force Automation (Returns, Team Selling), Marketing Campaigns and Web presence (Net or Ecommerce, Shopping carts, Website layout).
• Successful candidates should have demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable world class business solutions, either as a software solution or a re-engineering initiative.
• Candidates should have excellent client management skills and be able to work with customers to execute on an implementation plan. Overnight travel will be required for this position. Estimation is 2 to 3 trips per month.
• Experience with software in an ASP environment is a plus as is any experience with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software. Previous consulting experience with the following applications is a solid predictor of success as a PSM at NetSuite: QuickBooks, Great Plains, SalesForce.com, Upshot, ACT, Goldmine, MAS 90, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards.
• Working knowledge of and experience using XML, JavaScript, HTML, Crystal and SQL is desirable.

Additional Considerations:

• ? Web Experience: Experience with designing and writing HTML, Java and Java script for an ecommerce web site. Implementation of any NetSuite internal or external website.

Education:

• B.S. or Masters in related field
