Job Description:
Netsuite is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to be the key member responsible for developing and managing a entire region of field Account Managers. This position will be managing 8-10 direct sales reps in their region. This position will also be responsible for building and managing a strong partner and an alliance network in the region. Excellent sales management skills are a must, as is a love of a fast paced business environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of successful software sales experience of meeting and surpassing quota.
- 5 - 10 years experience successfully managing sales teams.
- Strong applications background.
- Experience selling ERP and CRM applications.
- Experience developing and working with Regional Partners and Alliances.
- Excellent sales management skills
- BA or BS Degree.
