Job Description:
NetSuite seeks a highly-motivated and professional sales manager for the position of Channel Development Manager/Regional Manager. Ideal candidate will possess 6-10 years of channel or direct sales experience in the mid-market accounting, business management and/or CRM space, selling to C-Level Executives and End-User Customers.  Initially candidate will be responsible for all facets of new Partner recruiting and development. Responsibilities will include:

  • Identification and recruitment of key, targeted partner organizations to meet or exceed territory objectives
  • Facilitation of recruitment events and activities in support of territory objectives
  • Implementation and assistance with new recruit Sales and Marketing planning and execution
  • Working cooperatively with NetSuite Team resources on strategic opportunities
  • Revenue carrying position ; must attain assigned quota

Responsibilities:

  • This position will ultimately transition to a Regional Manager position.  The responsibilities of the Regional Manager position will include:
  • Prospecting and developing sales strategies to penetrate accounts, and closing sales for our account opportunities
  • Managing prospect and customer accounts to achieve expedient purchase decisions; assisting customers with problem resolutions
  • Implementation of sales/marketing tactics and programs in order to meet or exceed assigned territory objectives
  • Identification and qualification of prospective customers and penetration of significant target prospects.
  • Revenue carrying position; must attain assigned quota

Position is currently available in the North American Channel Sales organization for the North Eastern areas of the US and Canadian provinces. Ideal candidates will reside within the territory, with a preference to either the NY Metropolitan Area or Toronto area. This is a field-based, home office position. However, if the successful candidate is in the Toronto area, that individual will operate out of the NetSuite Mississauga, ON office.
