Job Description:
The Partner Recruitment Managers are responsible for recruiting and developing high quality Value Added Resellers designed to maximize revenue generation for NetSuite, Inc. in the Business Partner community. This person will be responsible for carrying out recruitment strategies set forth by the Sr. Manager of Channel Recruitment, and the Sr. Manager of Channel Marketing. The Partner Recruitment Manager will have a quota based upon recruitment numbers and overall team revenue achievement.

NetSuite seeks a highly-motivated and professional sales manager for the position of inside Partner Recruitment Manager for the North America, and South America. Ideal candidate will possess significant channel sales / recruitment experience in the mid-market CRM, Accounting and business management space, and will be responsible for all facets of new Partner recruiting and development. Responsibilities will include:

  • Identification and recruitment of key, targeted partner organizations
  • Facilitation of monthly recruitment events and activities
  • Work with Regional Sales Managers and Regional Account Managers in recruitment effort.
  • Implementation and assistance with new recruit ?Fast Start? plans
  • Working cooperatively with NetSuite channel marketing group to attract high quality industry partners.
  • This is an inside sales / recruitment position based in Scottsdale, AZ.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor?s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • 3 ? 5 years sales and/or marketing experience, with experience in the value added reseller community strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational, influence, and planning abilities.
  • Excellent oral and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management skills, enjoys managing multiple priorities within tight time constraints.
  • Facility with computers and applications software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
