Zach Nelson has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the high-tech industry, where he has held a variety of executive positions spanning marketing, sales, product development and business strategy with leading companies such as Oracle, Sun Microsystems and McAfee/Network Associates. Nelson has been CEO of NetSuite since 2002. One of top 10 visionary CEOs in the Silicon Valley, Nelson led NetSuite's successful IPO in 2007. Under his leadership, NetSuite has become the leading provider of cloud computing business management software suites in the world. Nelson holds B.S. and M.A. degrees from Stanford University.
Partner, Global SaaS Practice
Saideep Raj is a managing director in Accenture�s Systems Integration Consulting organization and the global lead of its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) practice. He leads a global team of deeply-skilled SaaS practitioners, both on-shore and off-shore, with skills in all relevant functional domains and all key technology platforms. Mr. Raj is also responsible for developing and enhancing Accenture�s SaaS capability and manages the relationship with several strategic SaaS alliances.
Group IT Director
Stephen Hand is accountable for the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of the IT function throughout the Lloyd's Register Group. He joined Lloyd's Register as IT Director in late 2000 and identified four main goals for IT in the Group: an affordable level of IT expenditure, a globally consistent and reliable IT platform, a single, highly professional, IT team supporting business 24x7 and rapid delivery of flexible software applications for all employees and clients.
Stephen joined Lloyd's Register from senior IT roles in the financial services sector having begun his career in the engineering division of London Transport.
Vice President, Global Services Operations
Beat Neuhaus is Vice President of Global Services Operations of Siemens PLM Software, a business unit of the Siemens Industry Automation Division. In this role Beat leads the Global Delivery Center and is responsible for the successful implementation and deployment of Siemens PLM Software to their customers so they can unlock the business value of the Siemens innovation platform.
The other aspect of Beat's role is to drive the constant improvement and optimization of Siemens PLM Software's services value chain by implementing world class business processes and systems.
Beat has been appointed to his current role in 2006. Before this he was living and working in Hong Kong building up the services business for his company in Asia Pacific (2003 to 2005). Prior to that assignment he was a project manager in Central Europe and then managing the services business in EMEA (1999 to 2002) for SDRC (that became EDS PLM Solutions in 2001, UGS in 2004 and Siemens PLM Software in 2007).
Beat has a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He lives with his family in Fribourg, Switzerland and in his spare time he likes reading and hiking in the Swiss mountains.
Senior Director, GCS Operations
Markus Küepper brings more than 20 years experience in the European IT Market to his role as Senior Director Global Operation of Software AG's Global Consulting Services division. In 3 years serving as Senior Director Global Operations for the professional service division at Software AG, Mr. Küepper has successfully managed a variety of high profile, global initiatives, including international resource management, the Global Project Office initiative to coordinate a team of international project managers, and establishing a formal definition of global methodologies, processes and tools.
Prior to Software AG, Mr. Küepper held senior positions at a number of leading European system integrators and gained experience in a broad variety of IT professional service businesses. He began his career in software development projects as a functional analyst, IT Consultant and project manager in the Telecommunication sector, then extended his role to include financial responsibilities and became head of financial controlling—first in the local German branch and later expanding his role to encompass international responsibility. Immediately before joining Software AG, Mr. Küepper served as CFO and HR director in the German branch of a European system integrator in the Telecommunication sector.
Nicholas Oulton is a Chartered Marketer and professional presenter with over 15 years experience of writing, producing and coaching sales presentations. He founded m62 visualcommunications ltd in 1997 and since then has established himself as one of the world's leading authorities on PowerPoint™ Presentations and Sales Messaging.
His book "Killer Presentations: Power the imagination to visualise your Point with PowerPoint", has been successful with audiences in the UK, across Europe and the US.
Nicholas has developed a method for delivering successful visual presentations that combines technology with sound presentation techniques and which maximises the amount of information the audiences retains.
