Resera reduces costs by 25% within weeks of replacing stand-alone SFA application with NetSuite
SAN MATEO, CA.—June 12, 2003—NetLedger, Inc., makers of Oracle® Small Business Suite, today announced that Resera, Inc., a national real estate ASP based in Oakland, Calif., has standardised its entire business operation—from sales, marketing and support to financials, accounting and payroll—on NetSuite. NetSuite is the most widely used integrated CRM/ERP suite for mid-size enterprises. The Oracle Small Business Suite name is used under license from Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCL).
Frustrated with the fact that Salesforce.com doesn't allow the sales team to enter and invoice orders without complex integration to back-office systems, Resera decided to switch to NetSuite. With NetSuite, Resera now has one single system to handle the end-to-end sales process, from quote to contract to cash. In addition, NetSuite's Real-time Dashboards provide Resera executives a clear view of key business metrics and detail across the entire company. Within weeks of implementation, NetSuite enabled Resera to reduce costs by 25%. Resera expects to increase its sales by 40% in the forthcoming quarter due to the increased visibility into its sales process and efficiency gained by managing their marketing campaigns via NetSuite.
