NetSuite’s performance management capabilities give managers access to goal management as well as performance reviews. Managers can see details associated with particular goals such as start date, completion date and progress toward the goal. Once the goals are completed, they are automatically added to a performance review and sent to human resources for final approval.
Within the Employee Centre, employees can manage their goals, reviewing metrics, adjusting completion dates or target goals and sharing a “mood” to depict their progress toward their goals, add comments and submit them for the manager's review. Goal metrics can be built using operational data within NetSuite to automatically update goal progress and provide more accurate performance results.
