When and where is SuiteConnect Dubai taking place?

SuiteConnect Dubai is happening on 21 January, 2025 from 9:00 to 16:30 at the Hilton Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

How do I register?

You can register for SuiteConnect Dubai here(opens in a new tab). You will first be asked to log in to your Oracle account via SSO. If you do not have an Oracle account, it only takes 2-minutes to create one.

What is the cost to attend?

SuiteConnect Dubai is a free event, however, registration is required to secure your place. You will need to create or sign into an Oracle Account to register. If your registration is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

Is there a limit to the number of people from my company that can attend?

Yes. There is a maximum of 3 attendees per company permitted.

If I attend SuiteConnect Dubai, can I also attend Oracle CloudWorld Tour Dubai?

How do I cancel my registration?

You may cancel your confirmed registration at any time. Send your request to the SuiteConnect registration team. Cancellation of all travel and hotel reservations is your responsibility.

Which sessions are offered at SuiteConnect?

At SuiteConnect, you'll have the opportunity to attend a variety of sessions designed to help you drive business success.

The Keynote Session will feature EMEA SVP Nicky Tozer, along with other NetSuite executives and customers, sharing exciting product announcements and key insights.

Additionally, there will be interactive Breakout Sessions led by NetSuite product experts, covering topics that cater to all experience levels—whether you're new to NetSuite or a seasoned user. More session details will be shared soon, so stay tuned for updates!

Will Oracle serve meals that accommodate my dietary needs?

Oracle provides a lunch that accommodates a variety of dietary requirements. In Dubai, halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free meals are all part of standard menu offerings. A celiac lunch can be requested during registration and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. When you arrive at the lunch area, make your dietary request known to a server, and they’ll review your options.

Will there be spaces for prayer at SuiteConnect Dubai?

Yes. There are dedicated prayer rooms for men and women at the Hilton Palm Jumeirah. You can easily find them by following signage on site.

Who should I contact if I require special assistance onsite?

If you are a person of determination, you may request special access or assistance during the registration process. We are committed to offering an inclusive event but cannot guarantee the ability to fulfill every request.

Will I need to wear my badge at SuiteConnect Dubai?

Yes, you need to wear your conference badge throughout the event. If you lose your badge, it can be reprinted at the registration desk. A government-issued photo ID is required.

What security measures does Oracle NetSuite have in place for SuiteConnect Dubai?

Oracle NetSuite is deploying multiple layers of physical security to keep everyone safe at SuiteConnect Dubai. Any issues or concerns that surface can be reported to the Oracle Physical Security team. During the event, you can easily find security information in the Oracle Events mobile app or printed on the back of your badge.
