NetSuite Announces New Solution to Help Organisations in the UK Manage and Grow Diverse Revenue Streams

New NetSuite SuiteSuccess Edition helps organisations in the UK with product and service offerings increase efficiency, expand insights, and enhance the customer experience

SuiteConnect London, March 25, 2025

Oracle NetSuite today announced a new solution to help organisations in the UK with diverse product and service offerings increase efficiency and accelerate growth. With NetSuite SuiteSuccess Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) Edition, organisations in the UK with diverse offerings can take advantage of the latest advancements in cloud computing and AI to reduce software costs and complexity, expand business insights, enhance the customer experience, and drive revenue growth.

“We’re seeing more and more businesses that offer both products and services, which adds a new level of complexity,” said Evan Goldberg, founder and executive vice president, Oracle NetSuite. “Modern businesses with diverse revenue streams need to connect data and automate processes across their financials, inventory, sales operations, and more. NetSuite’s new SuiteSuccess Edition is designed to address the unique needs of our customers in the UK with hybrid business models, helping them to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and expand insights.”

NetSuite SuiteSuccess XaaS Edition is a pre-configured solution that leverages over 25 years of industry-leading best practices, combined with deep domain knowledge, to deliver a unique set of role-based dashboards, reports, KPIs, and workflows. With tailored industry product and service offering functionality, NetSuite SuiteSuccess XaaS Edition can help organisations in the UK with diverse offerings gain faster time to value, improve business visibility, and establish a scalable foundation to efficiently support growth. NetSuite SuiteSuccess XaaS Edition includes:

  • Financial management: Helps organisations with product and service businesses standardise and streamline financial processes across different revenue streams by automating transaction reporting, accounts payables and receivables, and closing processes.
  • Multi-location inventory management: Helps organisations with product and service businesses optimise stock levels, simplify inventory transfers, and reduce stockouts by providing real-time inventory visibility across all channels including warehouses, retail stores, drop shippers, 3PLs, and spare parts.
  • Project management: Helps organisations with project-based businesses improve the speed and accuracy of accounting and billing processes and reduce risk by centralising project activity and financial workflows and automating staffing, scheduling, budget tracking, and billing.
  • Revenue recognition: Helps organisations with a recurring revenue component simplify revenue management by automating revenue scheduling, allocation, and reporting processes.

NetSuite SuiteSuccess is designed as a phased or "stairway" approach, where organisations gradually increase their use of the suite based on their individual business needs. Organisations in the UK that use the Anything-as-a-Service Edition can choose to add NetSuite SuiteBilling as the first step to manage complex billing processes. SuiteBilling helps organisations save time and improve customer service, automate revenue operations, and take control of their subscription, renewal, and pricing strategies.
