Embedded across the suite, NetSuite Text Enhance can help organizations in the UAE leverage company-specific and relevant data in NetSuite to create and refine content that is contextual and personalized. With NetSuite Text Enhance, finance and accounting, HR, supply chain and operations, sales and marketing, and customer support teams can leverage the latest advancements in generative AI to help increase productivity, reduce human error, improve consistency, and accelerate business processes.

Generative AI for SuiteScript API
To help NetSuite administrators and developers leverage SuiteScript to add and customize AI functionality, NetSuite is also announcing Generative AI for SuiteScript API for customers in the UAE.
Generative AI for SuiteScript API helps organizations quickly develop new AI-powered functionality and gain more value from the suite by helping them to embed generative AI capabilities into NetSuite extensions and customizations. As a result, customers can quickly complement NetSuite’s out-of-the-box AI features with generative AI-powered capabilities to support their unique business needs.
Built on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and leveraging its leading AI services, the AI capabilities embedded in NetSuite are designed to respect customers’ enterprise data, privacy, and security. With OCI Generative AI Service, no customer data is sent by the service to the large language model (LLM) provider, Cohere, or seen by other customers. To further protect sensitive information, role-based security is embedded directly into NetSuite workflows and only recommends content that end users are entitled to view.
