ClearChoice consolidates 92 instances of Microsoft Dynamics GP / Great Plains into single instance of NetSuite OneWorld

SAN MATEO, Calif.—February 3, 2011 —NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), the industry's leading provider of financials / ERP software suites, today announced that ClearChoice Management Services has gone live on the NetSuite OneWorld global ERP solution. ClearChoice, a fast-growing dental practice management company, replaced 92 separate instances of Microsoft Dynamics GP with the NetSuite OneWorld solution. Switching to NetSuite from the GP hairball only took three months. NetSuite OneWorld's superior ERP capabilities provide an unprecedented rollup of ClearChoice's complex subsidiary operations in 34 locations, supporting the company's goal to become the household name in dental implants. With NetSuite OneWorld, ClearChoice is be able to generate consistent and consolidated financial reports across ClearChoice's large and complex web of over 120 subsidiaries. NetSuite allows ClearChoice clinical and administrative staff to access the information they need in real time, any time they want. With room to grow and rapid expansion plans, ClearChoice already has one of the highest subsidiary totals of all NetSuite OneWorld customers. NetSuite OneWorld is in use today in ClearChoice's corporate headquarters and surgical practices, providing support for its financial operating needs.

Headquartered in Greenwood Village, CO, ClearChoice Management Services manages 26 practice centers throughout the US specializing in innovative dental implants. Its complex operating model includes dental practices, limited liability companies and holding companies which total over 120 subsidiary companies. With ClearChoice expecting operations to double within three years and 2011 revenues to reach $160 million, the company recognised that its Microsoft Dynamics GP-based systems would not sustain the company through the upcoming crucial years. Because Microsoft Dynamics GP has poor multi-subsidiary support, generating the simplest reports or projections required extracting data from over 90 charts of accounts, requiring hours to complete. With a growing number of practitioners and investors seeking visibility into the company's operations, and ClearChoice's own aggressive expansion plans in the balance, the company decided to adopt NetSuite OneWorld on January 1 to benefit from its seamless multi-subsidiary rollup.

"We knew that Microsoft Dynamics GP couldn't accommodate us anymore, because we needed real-time intelligence, flexible reporting and better control of our data," said John Walton, ClearChoice VP of Finance. "NetSuite OneWorld gives us the power we need to run our large and growing business, increase our labor efficiencies, and simplify our processes. We enjoy smooth, seamless visibility across all our operating and elimination subsidiaries, and generating complex reports takes seconds rather than hours."
