NetSuite CFO Jim McGeever named Bay Area CFO of the year

Award Recognises Outstanding Contribution to Company Growth and Industry Leadership

San Mateo, Calif.,—June 18, 2007—NetSuite, Inc., the leader in on-demand business management software, today announced that CFO Jim McGeever was selected by the Bay Area CFO of the Year Awards Selection Panel as "Bay Area CFO of the Year" in the Venture-Backed Category—the highest honor awarded to a CFO in the San Francisco Bay Area. Other luminary CFOs honored at the event included Oracle Chairman Jeffrey Henley, and Howard Atkins, CFO of Wells Fargo & Company.

"Jim has led the industry in defining a new way of doing business with on-demand software, and his recognition as Bay Area CFO of the Year is well-deserved," said Zach Nelson, CEO of NetSuite.

As one of the first 20 employees at NetSuite, Mr. McGeever has guided NetSuite in becoming a leading provider of on-demand business application software for small and midsize businesses. In addition to building the entire finance, G&A, legal, facilities and IT functions, he led a new business unit devoted to selling NetSuite's products to other software companies. Moreover, he was instrumental in raising funding to ensure NetSuite's success in building the world's first integrated business application in Software as a Service (SaaS) industry.
