Saptarshi Bose is an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Analytics Director at Oracle NetSuite EMEA, focused on helping NetSuite customers modernise performance management across planning and budgeting, close and consolidation, and reporting and analytics. With over two decades of experience spanning both pre-sales and delivery, he brings a strong track record of designing practical, scalable solutions that address real business problems and drive measurable outcomes, supported by go-to-market expertise. Experience

Saptarshi currently serves as EPM and Analytics Solutions Director (June 2024 to present), leading strategic solutioning for high-impact opportunities across the region and various cross functional collaborations. His responsibilities include running discovery workshops, shaping solution designs, building tailored demonstrations, and presenting to executive stakeholders. He also works closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and the partner ecosystem to support pipeline execution and drive ARR growth in the region. Previously, he was Solutions Advisor and Senior Architect, NetSuite EPM and Analytics (Oct 2018 to Jun 2024), where he helped establish and scale the NetSuite EPM practice in EMEA from the early stages. In this role, he contributed ideas that influenced product capabilities and supported team development through enablement, demos, and hands-on coaching for solution consultants and sales teams. From June 2017 to Oct 2018, as part of Oracle GSC (Bangalore, India), he acted as the regional owner across delivery and pre-sales to set up the first NetSuite EPM delivery practice, working closely with the NetSuite EMEA Professional Services team. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Solution Architect and Project Lead, delivering complex Oracle EPM programs across industries including BFSI, SaaS, services, retail, aviation, construction, and hospitality. His experience spans multiple geographies, including the Middle East, Singapore, the UK, and the EU, with roles at Wipro Technologies and Tata Consultancy Services.
