Zach Nelson has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the high-tech industry, where he has held a variety of executive positions spanning marketing, sales, product development and business strategy with leading companies including Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and McAfee/Network Associates. Nelson has been CEO of NetSuite since 2002. Nelson led NetSuite's successful IPO in 2007 and its rise from start-up to the industry's leading provider of cloud computing business management software suites in the world. He was named to 2013 Business Insider's 50 Most Powerful People In Enterprise Tech list, and to Fortune magazine's 2012 Businessperson of the Year list. Nelson holds B.S. and M.A. degrees from Stanford University.
Founder, Chief Technology Officer, and Chairman of the Board
Evan Goldberg spent eight years at Oracle Corporation, where he served as a vice president. He was involved in a variety of projects, all focused on making powerful database technology more accessible to users. When he left Oracle, he started mBED Software and built groundbreaking website technology. He founded NetSuite in 1998. Goldberg holds a B.A. Summa Cum Laude in Applied Mathematics from Harvard College.
President and Chief Operating Officer
Jim McGeever leads all customer, vertical, product and human resource activities at NetSuite. He joined NetSuite in 2000 and was the company's 15th employee. From 2000 to 2010, he served as NetSuite's Chief Financial Officer, and was a driving force behind NetSuite's successful IPO in 2007. In 2010, he became the company's Chief Operating Officer (COO) responsible for global sales, services, and support operations. In his COO role, McGeever's management and execution have helped establish NetSuite as one of the leading cloud computing software companies in the world. Previously, McGeever was director of finance for Clontech Laboratories, the corporate controller at Photon Dynamics, and a chartered accountant at Ernst & Young. He holds a B.Sc. from the London School of Economics and in 2007 was named the Bay Area CFO of the Year.
Chief Financial Officer
Ron Gill is responsible for overseeing the company's global financial strategy and operations. Since joining NetSuite in 2007, he has been responsible for NetSuite's accounting and finance functions, serving as vice president of finance, then as senior vice president of finance. Prior to joining NetSuite, Gill was vice president, finance, at Hyperion Solutions. Previously, he held a variety of financial positions with several of the world's largest technology companies, including SAP, Dell and Sony. Gill holds a Master of International Business Studies degree from the University of South Carolina and a B.A. from Baylor University.
Chief People Officer
A strategic HR executive with a wealth of experience in high growth start-ups, turnaround situations, and large corporate/public company environments, Kathy Zwickert oversees NetSuite's global HR programs and operations. Before NetSuite, she served five years as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Communications for Oclaro (NASDAQ: OCLR). Prior to joining Oclaro, Kathy was Head of Human Resources at Solid Information Technology, a supplier of database solutions. Prior to Oclaro, Kathy was the senior HR executive at Keynote Systems and also managed Accenture's first Global Human Resource and Tax Team. She began her career at Ernst and Young and is a Certified Public Accountant. She earned her bachelor's degree in economics and business administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
President, Worldwide Sales and Distribution
In his role as President, Worldwide Sales and Distribution, Huffman is charged with driving NetSuite's worldwide sales and leading global sales operations. A seasoned sales executive in the high-tech industry, Huffman has more than 20 years of experience in leading sales teams and driving growth at fast-growing software companies. Huffman came to NetSuite from Oracle Corp., where he was a director of sales, responsible for sales in Canada and the central U.S. for seven years. Since joining NetSuite, Huffman has held sales executive positions including: VP of Sales, SVP of Sales, North America and most recently, SVP of North American Verticals, Channels and APAC. During his more than 10-year tenure at NetSuite, Huffman has been one of the main drivers for NetSuite's sales, as well as the field sales expansion into strategic geographic locations. Huffman holds a B.S. in business management with emphasis on marketing from California State University, Chico.
Executive Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development
Maynard joined NetSuite in 2015 bringing more than 20 years of experience analysing, operating, and investing in software. As Executive Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development, Maynard is in charge of overall strategy and plans for new partnerships and new markets. In this role, he also drives NetSuite's global marketing initiatives and leads the global marketing team. Prior to NetSuite, Maynard was a senior analyst at Wells Fargo where he covered the software sector. In 2004, he was the first analyst to articulate the rise of software as a service and launched the On-Demand Index to measure the transformation in software. Prior to Wells Fargo he worked at Credit Suisse and Merrill Lynch as a software analyst. He has an MBA from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and a B.S. in Business from California State University, Sacramento.
Executive Vice President, Customer Success
Rodman brings to NetSuite more than 30 years of experience in system implementation, consulting and business process expertise. In his role as the Executive Vice President of Customer Success, Rodman is responsible for ensuring that all of NetSuite's customers get the full value of the NetSuite platform. He also leads the global teams in consulting, training, customer support and client management. Prior to joining NetSuite in 2015, Rodman worked with leading consulting firms like Accenture, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and Hitachi Consulting implementing a diverse set of ERP products, including J.D. Edwards, Oracle, SAP and Microsoft. He was named by Consulting Magazine as one of the top 25 Consultants in the U.S. in 2009. He has served on the board of the Los Angeles YMCA since 2003. Rodman earned a post graduate degree in computer science from the University of Cape-Town, South Africa, with accounting and a sub-major in economics.
General Manager, Commerce Products
Andy Lloyd is an online retail innovator and ecommerce expert with more than 15 years of experience in the Internet and computer software industry. In his role at NetSuite, Lloyd spearheads the ecommerce efforts both from a product and new business development perspective. Prior to joining NetSuite, Lloyd was the CEO of Fluid Inc., where he led the company's strategy, innovation and growth. Under his leadership, Fluid Inc. more than doubled its annual revenue and improved profitability year-over-year. In addition, Lloyd drove new business, adding key brands to the portfolio, as well as driving geographic expansion. As an entrepreneur, Lloyd was the founder and CEO of Chariteam, which provided a SaaS solution for online fundraising companies. He was also a founding team member of Diba Inc. Earlier in his career he was the director of marketing at Kintana, which is now owned by HP.
Lloyd has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stanford University, where he was also captain of the swim team, leading the Cardinal swimmers to an NCAA championship and setting the records for the largest margin of victory and the highest point total in NCAA history. Lloyd was ranked among the top 25 swimmers in the world in 1991, and competed in the Olympic Trials in 1988 and 1992.
Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications
In this role, Mei Li leads all aspects of NetSuite's global corporate communications efforts, including public relations, influencer and customer marketing programs, thought leadership, social media, crisis communications management, executive communications, marketing communications, and corporate brand management. Li joined NetSuite in 2000 and has led corporate communications in support of NetSuite's dramatic growth from a small start-up company to the world's #1 cloud business management software provider. She also developed and executed corporate communications strategies in support of the company's IPO in December 2007. Li has more than 18 years of experience in the software industry. Prior to NetSuite, she was Director of Public Relations and Investor Relations at Healthcentral.com, where she was driving all facets of public relations, analyst/investor relations, product launches, executive communications and was one of the driving forces for the company's IPO in 1999. Li started her high-tech PR career at start-up/IPO companies such as Cybergold and Bamboo.com. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, with honors from Yunnan University, China. She completed training in English at Whitman College, Washington and cultural anthropology at U.C. Davis. She also holds Master of Arts in Public Administration with an academic excellence award from California State University, Stanislaus, Calif.
