NetSuite’s Partner Ecosystem is Growing and Delivering to More Customers

By Chris Norfolk, Channel Director, EMEA

Our partners are a key ingredient in NetSuite’s recipe for growth and we are regularly updating and improving our strategic partner frameworks to help them succeed. Our aim is to ensure our partners have the same access to our strategy and tools as our sales team. We also aim for our internal teams to speak the language of the channel, so that we can meet partners where they are on their growth journey with the appropriate tools, collaboration, and support.

A quick look at the success we are having with our partners suggests we are on the right path. We continue to help EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) partners grow their practice quicker, win more business, and enable them to deliver the value of cloud ERP to customers sooner. We are also committed to helping our partners upskill staff to meet the growing demand for NetSuite. Here are a few stats we are particularly proud of:

  • Growing Community: The number of NetSuite Solution Providers in our EMEA community grew by 20 percent in 2022.
  • Growing Revenue and Logos: NetSuite Solution Providers in EMEA grew average recurring revenue for their NetSuite practice by 24 percent on average in 2022, and signed 20 percent more new logos compared to 2021.
  • Faster Time to Revenue: Newly onboarded NetSuite Solution Providers in EMEA signed their first new logo 32 percent quicker in 2022, compared to 2021.

But don’t just take my word for it.

Alan Miles, NetSuite sales director, Eureka Solutions:

“Over the last 12 months our NetSuite division has grown 20 percent, with 28 percent growth in new logos. In addition, existing NetSuite customers are re-engaging with us on additional projects and services, as they continue to unlock the value of the system. We’ve been a NetSuite partner for 10 years, and last year was the most growth we’ve had. This growth is testament to the continued focus NetSuite has on supporting its partners, and how SuiteLife equips us with the tools and resources we need to constantly grow and build. We’ve been able to add more staff to our sales, business development, and marketing teams, so we can double down and win even more business.”

SuiteLife Campus Graduates

Last year we introduced our new SuiteLife Campus talent development initiative to help our partners expand their teams. SuiteLife Campus offers accelerated training to new college graduates or career-change candidates to help create a stronger, more diverse ecosystem of NetSuite consultants.

In EMEA we’ve had multiple classes of graduates through SuiteLife Campus, equipping them with the skills to transition quickly into co-lead roles on client projects, as well as helping partners broaden their knowledge base.

Adam Johnson, director, 3RP:

“SuiteLife Campus is a game-changer for us and the wider NetSuite ecosystem. In a competitive market where top quality NetSuite resources are highly valued, SuiteLife Campus offers a comprehensive and rapid onboarding program to help partners like us gain deeper expertise and become more qualified consultants. Combined with traditional development and training plans, SuiteLife Campus is supporting the next generation of NetSuite talent and is an integral part of our hiring and training strategy.”

Alliance Partners

Alliance Partners of various shapes and sizes are seeing the opportunity to rapidly grow their client base and increase revenue with NetSuite customers by enabling them to automate business management processes, reduce IT cost and maintenance, make better decisions, and improve collaboration. A new partner to join the Alliance Partner program includes PwC UK.

Amit Bothra, technology, data and analytics director, PwC UK:

“PwC UK is excited to join the NetSuite Alliance Partner program and bring the power of NetSuite ERP to more clients. This relationship broadens our portfolio of technology advisory services and allows our clients to benefit from a fast and configurable implementation of NetSuite to help them be more efficient, productive, and profitable. PwC UK’s mission is to deliver sustained outcomes and help clients solve their most important problems, and we see NetSuite as an important part of that process.”
