We’ve all had to manage a lot of change this year and that makes it more important than ever for us to share the wisdom we have gained from helping over 22,000 customers take advantage of the cloud.

In 2017, we delivered SuiteSuccess—a multi-year effort to offer 20 years of industry leading practices and a new customer engagement model in a single cloud solution. Since then, we’ve been on a mission to deliver industry-specific capabilities—and continuous enhancement—to help UK organisations quickly navigate change and achieve their potential. The pre-configured nature of SuiteSuccess helps enable customers to generate faster return from their investment, with the capability they need today—but the scalability they need in the future.

SuiteSuccess solutions are designed to help wholesale distributors, manufacturing, services, software and nonprofit organisations adapt to change, reduce costs and achieve the benefits of cloud ERP. Primarily designed for startup businesses, SuiteSuccess Starter edition provides a total solution that helps customers manage their business and allows them to scale to the next level.

Recent enhancements to UK SuiteSuccess editions include:

  • With each SuiteSuccess edition sold, we are now offering one Learning Cloud Support (LCS) pass for a single user as a standard offering for new and renewing customers.
  • Financials First editions now benefit from the addition of SuiteAnalytics Workbooks, which provide actionable insights. SuiteSuccess Financials First delivers financial and accounting best practices to help organisations stay agile in the face of change.
  • Manufacturing Standard editions now feature Manufacturing Mobile, making it easier for manufacturers to undertake common shop floor tasks remotely.
  • All SuiteSuccess vertical editions have been enhanced and refreshed to include new 2020.1 product features, as well as adjustments to industry best practices based on user and field experience.

UK organisations quickly recognise the benefit of SuiteSuccess

UK organisations benefitting from SuiteSuccess include wealth management and insurance broker SPF Private Clients (SPF), specialist food supplier Unisnacks, and award-winning, commission-free investing app Freetrade Limited.

SPF Private Clients is using NetSuite to help accelerate growth of its services.

“SPF’s growing portfolio offers a one-stop-shop ranging from property, wealth generation and investment, to insurance and specialist mortgages,” said Nigel Moore, CFO, SPF Finance. “NetSuite helps us by aligning the insurance, debt and wealth parts of our business, which previously sat on separate systems. The SuiteSuccess model, combined with a remote implementation, really simplified the selection process and created a smooth deployment resulting in the integration of payroll, expense management, ERP, HR and CRM software. It has given us automatic reporting and greater visibility across sales, customers and operations.”

Unisnacks is a specialist confectionery, food and beverage products supplier from Asia’s No. 1 brands exclusively to major UK supermarkets, including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, B&M, Poundland, and Dhamecha. Unisnacks leverages the versatility of SuiteSuccess Wholesale Distribution to help manage its inventory and operations.

“Our goal is to build on significant recent growth to become the preferred importer and distributor for top brands from Asia in the UK,” said Hussein Deen—Head of IT at Unisnacks Europe. “NetSuite is our preferred strategic partner supporting us on this mission of creating a competitive edge, facilitating us to operate our complex distribution network, manage inventory, and giving us a complete view of each part of the business. We will contribute & grow with NetSuite as we build out our IT infrastructure and move into a 90,000 square foot bespoke distribution facility.”

Freetrade offers an app that aims to make investing simple and commission-free. It is currently used by 225,000 users in the UK and the company is about to expand in Europe. The Freetrade team uses NetSuite for consolidated reporting and managing multiple entities and transactions.

“We’re growing fast, serving customers across Europe, and removing the friction from trading,” said Rob Sexton, Head of Finance, Freetrade. “We outgrew our previous system and were able to go live on NetSuite in a matter of months with SuiteSuccess Financials First. It has the whole package and is perfectly suited to scaling internationally with us. In short, NetSuite has removed a lot of manual processes in our finance environment, gives us flexibility to collect data from different places, and has significantly quickened month-end.”
